DESCRIPTION : |

Commercial rubber sheet used for gasket &
packing purpose in industrial applications.
These sheets / rolls are made from Prime polymer
blended with reclaim rubber. As it is cured
using compression moulding & rotary drum curing
system available in smooth & cloth impression
finish with or without choice of insertion.

APPLICATIONS : |
|
This commercial rubber sheets / rolls are mainly
used for flange gasket packing to avoid leakages
from air, water & inorganic chemicals, machinery
packing pads, anti vibration pads & flooring
purpose.
|

PROPERTY : |
|
Good resistance to inorganic chemicals, water,
air & heat up to 70°C. Poor resistance to Ozone,
UV, Sunlight, oil & solvents & organic
chemicals. Boron Rubbers India has custom
designed this rubber to meet many applications
on several different levels while maintaining a
very economical basis for a rubber sheets /
rolls.

STORAGE OF PRODUCTS |
|
Do not expose
rubber sheet to direct sunlight, sheets away from heat source,
preferably in dark, air ventilated room will help give longer life &
optimum properties |

Do not
remove polythene packing before use to prevent it from exposure of
atmospheric oxygen, ozone & polluted air. Do not store rubber sheet
rolls in open, even after covering it with tarpaulin to protect from air
& rain. Always keep rolls in vertical position ONLY |
|
Keep
rolls away from solvent, oil & fuel storage. Do not use hooks while
loading/unloading the rolls. Inspect sheet for smooth surface & hardness
(with rubber hardness tester).. |
